Ouray's Natural Hot Springs, Soaking and Relaxing

Relax in Natural Springs

More than 120 years ago, the Ute Indians soaked in Ouray's natural hot springs for their supposed magical powers. Today, residents and tourists alike enjoy these springs for their soothing and rejuvenating qualities.

Built in 1927, the Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool features a 250-foot-long pool with more than 1 million gallons of natural hot spring water. The pool includes soaking areas with temperatures from 96°F to 106°F, as well as a section for swimming laps, a diving area, and a game area for water volleyball. The bathhouse includes showers, hair dryers, play pens, and changing tables.
